授業概要 |
This course focuses on some traditions of children's literature in English, from alphabets to comics, mixing the classic and the emergent in each genre. The aim is to stimulate students to read afresh, honing their skills in close reading, in visual literacy, and in contextualising historical and cross-cultural constructions of childhood and adulthood. Students will be encouraged to engage in their own creative work. |
